Kids Home School App service End User License Agreement

 

By downloading, installing or using this service (Website/Application), you indicate that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to all of the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).

 

Definition and Scope of Service

Kids Home School App (hereinafter also referred to as The service) is a kids learning platform, which (The Service) is a customized package of the Website and application (hereinafter also referred to as The Original Service) developed/owned by E. B. Solutions Limited (hereinafter also referred to as E. B. Solutions Pte. Limited or EBS). Kids Home School App grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and license to install/browse and use this service solely and exclusively for your personal use. You agree that you assume all the responsibility for (and that Kids Home School App has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) your use of the Website/Application, any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions, and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Kids Home School App may suffer) of any such breach. Restriction you agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to Copy, modify, or distribute the Website/Application for any purpose; Transfer, sublicense, sell, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the Website/Application; Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, translate, create derivative works from or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the service or content that may be presented or accessed through the Website/Application for any purpose unless otherwise permitted; Make the functionality of the service available to multiple users through any means; Use the service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
