How Kids Home School App Handles User Data
Information you provide: We may collect and store any information you provide through our app or web or other related services.
Information collected automatically: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, we obtain certain types of information as Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address;computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; subscription history, full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed and the phone number you used, session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and touch points), and methods used to browse away from the page.
We may also collect technical information to help us identify your device for diagnostic purposes. When you install or use our app in any mobile device we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including time of use and unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as pricing, advertising, search results, and other personalized content.
Data Deletion Policy
As part of our continuing dedication to data security and customer privacy, Kids Home School App offers all users the opportunity to request data deletion for any data associated with their account. To place a data deletion request please send us the details at info@ebsbd.com in the following format. Subject: Request for Data Deletion. Including these informations is a must Your Name, Details of the data you want to delete, Reason for deleting data [optional]. Once data deletion is requested and account ownership is confirmed, the data deletion request enters our queue. Generally, the data is deleted within 7 calendar days of the initial request. During the deletion process data is securely purged from Kids Home School databases and servers. All related backup and log data will be deleted within 30 calendar days. Once data has been deleted it cannot be recovered.
Account Ownership Confirmation Process: We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before we further respond to your privacy request. For other cases, users need to request from the registered Google account.
Tracking Technology: Kids Home School App analyzes information that is tracked each time you use our Services.We may use Google Analytics, including the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature, and other software to track usage of its Services.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize the Application and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. All security on our Websites is treated seriously.
